Competitive Pay: Team Members start at $15 per hour with the opportunity for self-led raises. Leadership Roles start at $18 per hour.
Closed Sundays: All Chick-fil-A restaurants are closed on Sundays so you can have a day off to spend with family and friends.
No Experience Is Necessary: We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving customers. We will teach you everything else you need to know.

Team Member Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must treat yourself and others with honor, dignity, and respect.
Must be willing to prepare food the Chick-fil-A way according to the recipes.

This position requires repetitive use of hands for grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine manipulation.
Must arrive in full uniform and be properly groomed. Must present themselves as neat, professional, and willing to follow appearance requirements.
Must be willing and able to stand, walk, and work on their feet for extended periods of time.
Must be willing and able to bend and lift loads up to 50lbs. Also, must be able to stoop to grasp objects and climb ladders. Bend and twist neck and waist, reach above and below shoulders and squat.
Must be able to push and pull carts weighing up to 100 pounds.
Environmental exposure to extreme temperatures (coolers, ovens, freezer, outdoors, etc.).
Proper use of which may include but not limited to, box cutters, knives, personal protective equipment, hand trucks, carts, food cutter and fryers, power equipment, vehicles (must be 18 years of age or older) and all other equipment used within or for the restaurant.
