A Day in the Life of a Shift Lead

You'll start the shift with a quick team huddle, sharing goals and priorities for the day. Throughout yourshift, you'll coach team members, assist guests, and handle any challenges that arise, ensuringoperations run smoothly. Using your leadership skills, you'll monitor financial objectives, track laborcosts, and encourage upselling to maximize revenue. Before wrapping up, you'll review teamperformance and report any needs or concerns to the management team.

The Schedule

Flexibility is key. As a Shift Lead, you'll work a mix of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the team during shifts, setting a positive tone and maintaining a professional atmosphere.
