Trystar’s team members are our most important asset, we are in search of a Cable Prep Operator, for our Faribault, MN facility. This position plays a critical role in achieving our strategic objectives. Trystar’s Cable Prep Operator position is an important part of Trystar’s plan to become the world’s foremost custom solution provider.

Under the direction of the Production Supervisor, Cable Prep Operator plays a critical role in achieving our strategic objectives. This position is an important part of Trystar’s plan to become the world’s foremost custom solution provider. The Cable Prep Operator prepares cable assemblies and wire kits in a safe and efficient manner necessary to manufacture high‑quality products within a high‑volume manufacturing environment.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be able to read, write and comprehend plant directives written in English.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience with wire cutting, stripping, labeling, or cable assembly preferred.

• Physical strength is sufficient to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on an intermittent basis.
• Frequent lifting, standing, bending & reaching required
• Able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug test
