Summary
The Recruiter position leads hiring efforts across multiple locations by working closely with managers to identify staffing needs and secure top talent efficiently. Drives a broad, strategic approach to sourcing high-quality candidates and ensuring positions are filled quickly and efficiently. Builds and maintains strong talent pipelines while continuously refining recruiting strategies to improve results and keep the hiring process smooth and effective for candidates.
Benefits & Perks- Salary Range: $65,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Primary Responsibilities
- Source and attract a diverse candidate pool through job boards, referrals, internal referrals, workforce programs, and industry networking to build strong talent pipelines.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including intake discussions with hiring managers, job creation, hiring strategy, interviewing, selection, and offer process.
- Partner with location leaders to understand staffing needs, provide hiring guidance, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the hiring process, from application through completion of the airport badging process.
- Develop and execute targeted recruiting strategies with clear timelines and measurable outcomes.
- Deliver qualified candidates and accepted offers within established timelines and staffing goals.
- Collect feedback on candidates and, where appropriate, refine your search strategy to better align with the location needs.
- Track, analyze, and report on recruiting metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Research and implement innovative sourcing techniques and best practices to improve recruiting efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, company policies, and hiring standards throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with onboarding coordination to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to new hire.

- Willing to work onsite at the Nashville (BNA) Airport.
- Must successfully complete required airport security and background screening, including a federal background check.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in recruiting
- Some college preferred
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Rippling) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Working Environment:
Airport: This position operates in a climate-controlled international airport environment. The temperature, volume of noise, and exposure to the public are outside the control of First Meridian Services, Inc. The position requires use of public spaces as provided by the airport. Regular/repetitive use of hands and fingers to operate computer components (e.g., keyboard, mouse, etc.). Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds, bend, reach, and squat.
