We are seeking an Office Assistant/Data Entry to support our shop operations in Erlanger. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and a customer service mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Enter and maintain accurate data in company systems and records
• Assist with vehicle tagging and documentation processes
• Provide administrative support
• Answer phones, direct calls, and assist visitors as needed
• Prepare, organize, and file paperwork and records
• Support customer service activities by responding to inquiries and providing information
• Assist with scheduling, tracking, and coordinating vehicle-related activities
• Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous data entry, administrative, or office support experience -preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Reliable, organized, and self-motivated

Compensation and Benefits

• $22 -$25 per hour, based on experience
• Full Time/non-exempt

Monday - Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
