You’re the person who keeps everything running—and everyone taken care of. You notice the coffee’s low before anyone else does, you greet a nervous interview candidate like an old friend, and you can juggle the mail, the lunch order, and a conference room request without dropping a beat.

Risas Dental and Braces is looking for a warm, organized Front Desk & Office Coordinator to be the face and heartbeat of our Phoenix corporate support office. You’ll be the first person visitors and executives see each day, and the one who quietly makes the whole office work. This is an onsite role at a fast-moving, people-first company that’s growing quickly.

• Welcome every visitor, applicant, and guest, manage sign-ins, and keep the front lobby polished and professional.
• Keep the office humming—stock the executive snack bar, breakroom, and coffee stations, and manage supply and Costco/Amazon orders.
• Own the daily mail: sort, scan, and route to the right teams (insurance, HR, accounts payable, legal, executives) with accuracy and discretion.
• Coordinate conference rooms, room requests, and weekly calendars; reset and restock the spaces at the end of each day.
• Order and coordinate executive lunches, manage vendor visits, and support office events, decorations, and doctor interview/onboarding days.
• Handle everyday office logistics—faxes, labels and name tags, parking/garage access forms, shredding, and janitorial and property coordination.

• A visible, valued role. You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with executives and every department—your work is seen and appreciated.
• Variety, never boredom. No two days are the same; you’ll touch a little bit of everything across the company.
• A people-first culture. Join a company built on big smiles and genuine hospitality, in a well-stocked, welcoming Midtown Phoenix office.
• Room to grow. Show initiative and reliability, and there’s a clear path to take on more responsibility over time.

• A natural host—warm, approachable, and genuinely enjoys taking care of people.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities calmly.
• A proactive self-starter who spots what needs doing and handles it without being asked.
• Discreet and trustworthy—comfortable handling confidential HR, legal, financial, and executive mail.
• Comfortable with everyday office tech: email, Microsoft Teams, scanning/printing, and simple tools like Avery label design.
• Prior front desk, receptionist, or office/administrative experience preferred; a hospitality background is a big plus.

• Location: Onsite at our Phoenix corporate support office (Midtown / N. Central Ave). This is not a remote role.
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, daytime business hours.
• Compensation: $16-$18 per hour
