Finley Construction Company, LLC is seeking skilled, reliable Jobsite Foremen to lead residential construction and remodeling projects throughout the region. In this role, youll take ownership of your jobsite from start to finishsetting it up properly, guiding daily work, and seeing each project through to a clean, successful closeout.
Youll be responsible for keeping projects organized, on schedule, and within budget while providing clear, daily updates to clients on progress, timelines, and next steps. Measuring and maintaining client satisfaction throughout the build is a key part of the role, not just at the end of the project. This means addressing questions early, managing expectations, and communicating changes before they become issues.
Jobsite Foremen work with a high level of independence while staying closely connected with the office, subcontractors, and crew to ensure quality standards are met and communication stays consistent. This position is ideal for experienced construction professionals who lead by example, take pride in running a professional jobsite, and understand that strong communication is just as important as quality craftsmanship.

Key ResponsibilitiesTake full ownership of the jobsite, including setup, daily progress, and final wrap-up
Develop daily and weekly progress plans with production manager.
Review site plans and job packages with clients, and conduct confident, unsupervised walk-throughs
Provide clear, professional communication with clients to address routine questions, manage expectations, and support final payment collection
Measure, calculate, and plan material quantities, creating accurate and timely materials lists
Lead by example by working alongside the crew to complete tasks efficiently and to company standards
Coordinate jobsite logistics, including tools, equipment, deliveries, and material pickups
Maintain organized project documentation, including before-and-after photos, safety records, and required logs
Track labor and material needs and communicate updates to the Production Manager
Mentor and train less-experienced team members through hands-on guidance and shared work
Share responsibility for jobsite cleanliness, organization, and safetyno task is beneath anyone, and everyone contributes to maintaining a safe, respectful work environment
8+ years of residential construction or remodeling experience
Ability to manage job sites with minimal supervision
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Proficient in estimating materials and reviewing project plans
Comfortable communicating with clients and managing small team operations
High school diploma or GED preferred
Valid driver's license required for material transport
