Long® Fence, the industry leader for over 80 years, is seeking a Commercial Fence Scheduler to join our team in Chantilly, Virginia. This is an administrative position that will schedule jobs for our Commercial department.

Job duties to include, but are not limited to:

Maintain commercial fence schedule spreadsheet
Contact customers to coordinate installation timing
Track and respond to incoming scheduling requests
Coordination between sales and installation regarding schedules
Track project schedule and progress across multiple projects
Utilizing Salesforce for all aspects of project

Minimum Qualifications:

7+ years of commercial construction industry experience
Good communication and organizational skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment

This position is full-time. Hours for this position are in-office, Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm

Compensation:
The minimum compensation for this position is $27.00 per hour.
The maximum compensation for this position is $31.00 per hour.
