At Veza, speed is our craft. We solve the problems other companies say can't be solved fast enough — turning tough customer challenges into real, manufactured solutions. Our values — Velocity, Execution, Zealousness, and Accountability — aren't slogans, they're how we operate every day. We're looking for people who'd rather build something real than talk about building it.

No experience? No problem. We'll teach you everything.VEZA is looking for motivated, detail-oriented people who want to learn a skilled trade and build a real career in manufacturing. If you're reliable, take pride in your work, and can follow instructions carefully, we want to hear from you.

Have experience? Great we are looking for you too!

What you'll be doing

You'll work with your hands every day — assembling wire and cable harnesses used across a range of industries. Think of it as building the nervous system of machines and equipment. You'll work at a bench with tools, components, and step-by-step instructions in front of you. Over time, you'll get faster, more confident, and more skilled.
Day to day, you can expect to:

• Follow written work instructions and visual guides to assemble components
• Inspect your own work to make sure it meets quality standards
• Set up your workstation with the right tools and parts before each build
• Keep your workspace clean and organized
• Learn and apply quality standards as you go (we'll train you on these)
• Ask questions and flag anything that doesn't look right
• Work alongside experienced assemblers who are there to help you grow

What we're looking for

You don't need a resume full of experience. Here's what actually matters:

• You show up on time and take your work seriously
• You can read and follow written instructions carefully
• You're comfortable doing focused, detail-oriented work with your hands
• You ask questions when something isn't clear
• You want to learn and improve over time

Why VEZA

• Hands-on trade skills you'll have for life
• Stable work in a growing industry
• Day shift and evening shift options available
• A team that actually supports your growth
