Licensure Pathways: Not Yet Fully Licensed in Ohio? You May Still Be a Fit.

The right experience and heart for this work matter most. If your Ohio licensure is still in process or you are transferring from another state, we want to talk.

• Already licensed: an active Ohio Intervention Specialist license (Mild/Moderate or Moderate/Intensive) is ideal and makes you immediately placeable.
• Licensed out of state: we support Ohio license transfer, and our academy processes and signs off on Ohio credentialing in-house.
• On the alternative pathway: candidates pursuing the Ohio Alternative Resident Educator Intervention Specialist pathway are encouraged to apply and will be supported toward full licensure.

We will map the pathway that fits your situation. Our goal is to get great educators in front of students, not to screen out anyone whose paperwork is still in motion. All hires complete Ohio BCI/FBI background checks and Rapback enrollment.
