It is our duty to recognize their sacrifices, not only at a national level but also within our local communities and at a personal level. The Lucky Foundation is seeking an education expert to join our Advisory Board as the Educational Preparedness Director. The Educational Preparedness Director will be part of the Leadership Committee of the Advisory Committee, a position which comes with more responsibilities than joining as a member. The Educational Preparedness Director position will be responsible for providing direction, guidance, and leadership. Job Summary The Educational Preparedness Director plays a crucial role in ensuring individuals supported by The Lucky Foundation are well-prepared for educational pursuits. This individual will develop and implement initiatives aimed at equipping students with the necessary tools, resources, and guidance to excel in their educational journeys. The Educational Preparedness Director will collaborate with internal teams, educational institutions, and community partners to deliver impactful programs. Responsibilities

● Collaborating with the Executive Director to establish program goals, objectives, and performance metrics.● Identifying and researching potential special programs and initiatives that align with the foundation's mission.● Developing program budgets, timelines, and resources required for successful implementation.● Overseeing the recruitment, training, and management of volunteers and staff involved in these programs.● Building and maintaining relationships with partner organizations and stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness.● Monitoring and evaluating the impact of each program and providing regular reports to the Board of Directors.● Identifying opportunities for program growth and improvement based on feedback and outcomes.● All other duties and responsibilities as needed.
