At Emergency Dental Professionals, we do one thing exceptionally well: providing high quality emergency dental care when patients need it most.

Our dentists help patients experiencing dental pain, infections, trauma, broken teeth, and other urgent dental needs. We have built a streamlined, supportive practice model that allows you to focus on patient care while our team handles the administrative details.

Compensation and Benefits

We believe experienced dental professionals deserve competitive compensation from day one.

Earn 30% of collections (whichever is greater than your guaranteed salary), with annual increases of 2% up to 40%.

We believe great dentists stay because they want to not because they're contractually obligated to.

• $2,000 annual CE allowance

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat urgent dental conditions
• Evaluate patients experiencing dental pain, infections, trauma, and other emergencies
• Develop and present treatment plans
• Perform restorative and surgical dental procedures
• Interpret radiographs and other diagnostic imaging
• Administer local anesthetics and monitor patient response
• Educate patients on treatment options and preventive care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• No evenings
• No weekends
• Potentially open to part time candidates as well

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Active dental license (or eligibility for licensure)
• Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate emergency dental care
