We are seeking a dentist comfortable and confident in all facets of general dentistry, including:
Comprehensive treatment planning
Crown & bridge
Surgical and simple extractions
Implant placement and restoration
Endodontics (including molar endo preferred)
Cosmetic and full-mouth rehabilitation cases
The ideal candidate is clinically versatile, efficient, and able to manage complex cases while maintaining high production standards.
Leadership ResponsibilitiesProvide clinical oversight and mentorship to associate dentists
Maintain high standards of care, documentation, and compliance
Support treatment planning consistency and case acceptance strategies
Partner with practice leadership on growth, quality assurance, and clinical protocols
Foster a collaborative, accountable, and patient-focused culture

DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
Valid dental license in Maryland
Proficiency with Patient Management software

Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities
