Treatment Coordinator
Full Time, M-F Hailey, ID | This is an in-office position.
We are an elite oral surgery practice that is committed to exceptional care for our patients and first-class service to our referring doctors. We are growing and seeking a confident, compassionate, and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to play a key role in connecting our clinical expertise with an outstanding patient experience. In this position, you’ll serve as a trusted resource for patients—helping them understand their treatment plans, guiding them through financial options, and ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism and care. Previous oral surgery experience is a plus but not required.
- Updates and maintains patient insurance information.
- Maintains doctor schedule to ensure efficient use of the doctor’s time.
- Partners with clinical team to ensure excellent patient experience.
- Adheres to deadlines and prioritize work against the patient schedule.
- Collects payments from patients in an effective and professional manner.
- Understands doctor treatment recommendations and develops treatment plans from diagnosis.
- Effectively communicates treatment options and associated costs to the patient.
- Maintains confidentiality of all information in accordance with HIPAA.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Highschool diploma or equivalent required.
- One year of customer service experience required.
- Medical or dental experience preferred.
- Understanding of dental terminology.
- Friendly, inviting, and professional personality and presence.
- Basic office skills such as typing and filing.
- Good organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to work cross functionally with other team members.
