JobSummary:
The Business Intelligence Analyst isresponsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining applications using theMicrosoft Power Platform-Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI; supportingprocess‑automation needs through innovative workflow solutions; and workingwith clients to understand reporting requirements and communicate potentialsolutions.
JobDuties and Responsibilities:
Qualifications(Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):
• Bachelor's degree in related field required(Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering)required;
• Requires 1-5 years of Business IntelligenceReporting experience
• Microsoft Power Platform or similarcertification preferred
• Must have strong interpersonal andcommunication skills
• Proven ability in preparing writtencommunications
• Working knowledge Oracle Primavera preferred
• Requires the ability to manage multipleprojects and determine priorities
WorkingConditions:
• Work is conducted in an office environment(Semi-Private Office)
• Interaction with other team members, as well assupervisors and client personnel
• May be required to travel out of town on aperiodic basis
PhysicalRequirements (With or Without Reasonable Accommodation):
• Must be able to lift and carry five (5) pounds
• Sufficient clarity of speech and hearing orother communication capabilities which permits employee to communicateeffectively
• Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time
• Sufficient vision or other powers of observationwhich permits employee to conduct analysis and investigations
• Sufficient manual dexterity which permit theemployee to perform routine office duties

JobDuties and Responsibilities:
- Develop an understanding of SharePoint and MS SQL asbackend platforms that support front‑end solutions developed in Power Apps.
- Host meetings with stakeholders to understand their workprocesses, automation opportunities, and reporting requirements.
- Communicate potential solutions to all relevantstakeholders.
- Design, build, and maintain Power Apps applications thatsupport workflows, data entry, and operational processes.
- Develop Power Automate flows to automate businessprocesses, notifications, data movement, and integrations with internalsystems.
- Utilize Python to support data transformation, automationlogic, and integration tasks when needed.
- Develop Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions forusers to efficiently navigate and interpret required data.
- Develop and implement routine tests to preserve dataintegrity across Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI solutions.
- Triage errors and user expectation gaps and collaboratewith stakeholders to resolve issues.
