You’ll play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities for growth, efficiency, and performance improvement by applying your deep healthcare industry knowledge to strategic planning, financial modeling, and business development. Your insights will directly influence organizational direction and operational success.
As a key partner in operational finance, you’ll lead and support critical Decision Support functions including forecasting, budgeting, month‑end analysis, productivity evaluation, benchmarking, and reimbursement reporting. Your work will empower leaders with the clarity and confidence they need to act decisively.

What you will do!
• Serve as an operational partner to clinical leaders for all decision support activities that include forecast, budget, month end, productivity, benchmark, and reimbursement reporting
• Work with leaders to facilitate the annual budget process with areas of responsibility
• Conduct month end reporting; investigates financial data to extract cause and effect for variances identified in month end reporting and make recommendations to leaders
• Audit gross charging to identify anomalies on a per statistic basis
• May take part in strategic service line financial performance
• May be tasked with evaluating ROI for strategic capital acquisitions
• Under minimal supervision, completes Ad-Hoc reports as required
• Support teammates in the event of routine or unexpected absences
• Performs other related duties as assigned
What you'll need:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field required; 4 years’ healthcare data analytics experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
• Minimum 3 years’ decision support, cost accounting, or finance/accounting experience required in addition to education requirement; experience in healthcare field preferred
• Requires an analytical mind, strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, inquisitive questioning and ability to integrate data from multiple sources
• Ability to query and organize data from various financial and clinical systems
• Expert proficiency in computer software applications (i.e. Microsoft Office) and database applications required
• Intermediate knowledge of the healthcare industry (hospital, clinic, ambulatory, etc)
• Excellent communication skills to include written and oral required
