Summary/Objective
The Equipment Sales Specialist is responsible for achieving profitable sales growth through the execution of the Company's strategic sales and marketing initiatives. This role drives customer acquisition, retention, and long-term account development through disciplined sales practices, proactive business development, and exceptional relationship management.
The position is accountable for identifying opportunities, qualifying prospects, securing new business, and expanding existing customer relationships to achieve designated sales and profitability objectives. Success requires a customer-focused approach, strong consultative selling skills, and the ability to develop trusted partnerships with customers, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.
In addition, this role actively contributes to the overall success of the sales team by collaborating effectively with colleagues, supporting shared goals and initiatives, and consistently demonstrating the Company's core values, professionalism, and commitment to excellence.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
• Proficient at working the sales cycle through each stage to include Prospecting, Qualifying, Presentation/Quoting and Closing.
• Must Identify new qualifying opportunities through incoming leads, cold calling and prospecting, trade-shows, networking, and meetings.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline, tracking all leads, proposals, and current deals using CRM software.
• Follow up regularly with leads and prospects to ensure opportunities are being actively pursued.
• Identifying all influencers and decision makers; determining the decision process and understanding where we bring value to each opportunity.
• Ability to drive both transactional and consultative sales process based on each unique opportunity.

Supervisory Responsibilities
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
This position primarily is completed in an office environment with some exposure to industrial environments. The use of PPE is required when working/visiting industrial environments.

May be required to sit for extended periods of time while demonstrating manual dexterity to accurately work on the telephone, computer keyboard, and other equipment. Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds in the form of boxes of supplies or product components.
Ability to operate a motor vehicle is required.

Travel
Travel may be required to meet with equipment owners, attend conferences and attend other business-related meetings. Travel is anticipated to be less than 25%.

Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field OR at least 5 years of experience in a Business to Business sales role.
