Position Title: Customer Service Representative (Full-Time)

What You’ll Do:

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be at the heart of our operations, providing outstanding service to crew members and passengers. Every day will be different, and your primary responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and assisting customers with warmth and professionalism
• Handling payment transactions using our proprietary software
• Tracking aircraft fueling, payments, and maintaining cash drawer accuracy
• Answering and transferring phone calls with courtesy and efficiency
• Coordinating travel services such as hotels, car rentals, and catering orders
• Communicating effectively with Aircraft Fuelers and Supervisors about customer needs and aircraft movements
• Provide solutions to customer questions and service needs
• Maintaining a clean and welcoming lobby area
• Supporting additional duties as needed to ensure smooth operations

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service
• Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team
• Adaptability in fast-paced and changing environments
• Must have a clean driving record for the past 3 years

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, pulling and pushing
• Capable of lifting/carrying up to 25 lbs.

Work Schedule:

• Rotating schedule:
  • Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
  • Week 2: Wednesday - Saturday
• Shift: 12:00pm -10:00pm
