With a staff proficient in the regulations that govern IMEs, we assist in defending claims across a wide range of cases including workers’ compensation, general liability, first and third-party auto, long and short-term disability, and life and health claims. Position Overview

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Client Service Representative to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and able to multitask effectively in a medical-legal environment.

This is a temporary to hire position.

Key Responsibilities

• Review medical processes
• Handle prior authorization requests (PARS)
• Scan files and ensure proper digital documentation
• Data entry and database maintenance
• Review and organize medical records for case preparation
• Various projects as needed

Required Qualifications

• 1–2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a medical office or similar healthcare environment
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be highly detail orientated
• Ability to think outside the box and problem-solve creatively
• Effective multitasking skills in fast-paced environments
• Thorough with follow-up and documentation
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment
