We are seeking an outstanding Customer Service Representative!

The Bug Man seeks a bright and quick-minded Customer Service Representative to help our customers receive calls, answer questions, and schedule services. Listening to prospective customers' concerns and matching their needs with our services requires a Customer Service Representative who is a self-assured person with a curious mind. Talking with customers on the phone also requires making notes in web-based software, so good typing skills and an organized approach to recording information are essential. Working in a pest control company also requires shifting gears to accommodate peak periods.

We expect our Customer Service Representatives to look out for our customers and coworkers, so we look out for you. You can expect a solid hourly rate commensurate with your experience. You will have health insurance, paid training, paid personal days, sick days, and vacation. Our Customer Service Representatives work from 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. No Saturdays!
