• Communicate effectively with customers in English and Spanish
• Grow business through networking, community involvement, and relationship development
• Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless customer experience
• Stay current on lending regulations, compliance, and bank policies

• Previous lending experience with a strong understanding of credit and underwriting
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills preferred
• A relationship-first mindset with a passion for helping customers succeed
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to balance business development with sound lending decisions
• Self-motivation, professionalism, and a team-oriented attitude

We’re more than a bank—we’re a team committed to serving our communities, supporting one another, and delivering the best financial experience for our customers.

If you’re an experienced lender who is relationship-driven, community-minded, bilingual, and ready to make an impact, we’d love to talk with you.
