Crane Operator / CDL Driver – Commercial Roofing

Boone Brothers Roofing, a Nations Roof Company—and one of the largest commercial roofing contractors in the U.S.—is seeking a Crane Operator / CDL Driver to support our commercial construction projects. This role is critical in ensuring the safe lifting, transport, and placement of materials on job sites and rooftops.

Crane experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train candidates with strong heavy equipment experience who are eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a crane to lift and place roofing materials on commercial job sites
• Drive company CDL vehicles to transport materials and equipment
• Load and unload materials using a crane, forklift, or other equipment
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on vehicles and equipment
• Set up and operate crane equipment in compliance with safety standards
• Assist with material handling and general job site support as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies

Requirements:

• Valid CDL (Class A or B preferred) with a clean driving record
• Experience operating heavy equipment (required)
• Crane operator experience preferred, but willingness to learn is essential
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed
