JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the preparation, display and service of all food items for patients, special functions, and cafeteria service. Maintains high standards of sanitation and safety in the work area.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepares hot and/or cold foods for patients, cafeteria service, and special functions. Follows standardized recipes on production sheet to produce foods according to established par levels and to minimize food waste, and ensures that the food is cooked to the appropriate temperature. Reviews portion size and serving utensils with Cafeteria Cooks & Special Function Aide. Prepares all baked goods for patient services, cafeteria service, special functions. Prepares hot & cold food items for special functions as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:1-3 years of experience, Serve Safe Food Handler (Preferred)
