We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking Grade Setter / Skilled Construction Laborer to join our civil construction field operations. This position plays a critical role in our excavating, grading, paving, and site preparation projects. You will work closely with heavy equipment operators, foremen, project managers and engineering plans to ensure proper ground elevations, slopes, and subgrade layout before asphalt, concrete, or aggregate placement.
