San Antonio, Texas · Full Time · Field Based · Travel Required · Company Vehicle Provided

Company Overview

Bridgehead IT is a San Antonio technology firm dedicated to helping organizations use technology to reach their business goals. Our ICT team builds the physical infrastructure our clients run on: structured cabling and fiber, access control, video surveillance, and audio visual systems across commercial, healthcare, education, and government sites throughout Texas.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Senior Low Voltage Technician to lead installations in the field.

Role Overview

The Senior Low Voltage Technician installs and commissions structured cabling, access control, video surveillance, and audio visual systems at client sites across Texas, and is accountable for the quality and completion of each assigned installation.

This role works from construction drawings and project documentation with limited supervision, leads the installation crew on assigned projects, and coordinates on site with clients, general contractors, and other trades. Success requires strong installation craftsmanship, sound judgment in the field, and the discipline to keep a project moving, documented, and safe.

Travel and Schedule

Work is performed at client sites throughout San Antonio, Austin, Houston, and other locations across Texas. Travel to surrounding states may be required based on project needs. This is a field based role that may require overnight travel, early starts, after hours work, and overtime to meet project schedules. A company vehicle is provided.
