As a Setter your job is simple: knock doors in storm-affected neighborhoods, talk to homeowners, and manage a route/ set appointments for roof inspections. When the inspection happens, you get paid. When the homeowner files a claim, you get paid again and all you had to do was knock the door.

No experience required. We will train you from day one. If you can work hard, stay coachable, and show up every day, you can out-earn people with college degrees within your first few months.
