- Act as primary customer contact for incoming technical issues

- Implement known solutions from Helpdesk Support Center

- Processes common workflows

- Escalate incidents beyond tier 1 support

- Education: A+ Certification Preferred

- Experience: 1+ years of relevant experience

- Familiarity with Autodesk products is a plus

- Required Skills: Technology Savvy, Keyboarding, Troubleshooting, Customer Service
