IT Support Analyst - Computer Repair

Full-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 9:00am - 5:00pm

OVERVIEW:
Working as Full-time IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for receiving, handling, configuring and repairing computer equipment that we use in our branches and warehouses. This includes printers, phones, alarms systems, scanners, monitors, ups systems, credit card machines and other various equipment. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
o Preparing computer equipment for our branches and warehouses
o Receiving, scanning and sorting out computer equipment into our inventory system
o Cleaning, troubleshooting, repairing and updating various equipment
o Loading and unloading pallets of computer equipment
o Picking computer inventory for other areas
o Packing and labeling boxes to prepare them for shipment
o Contacting vendors for assistance with hardware issues, contracts and warranties

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:
o Excellent written and oral communication skills
o Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
o Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
o Demonstrate strong organization, planning, prioritizing abilities and attention to detail
o Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
o Work independently as well as in a team environment
o Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork
o Pass the required drug screen and background check (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam ONLY)

PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
o Knowledge of computer-related equipment with interest in technology
o Prior warehouse experience

COMPENSATION:
The pay range for this position is $30,000 - 35,000.
