*Your New Role*
Are you someone who likes keeping things organized, following the rules, and helping teams do their best work safely? - Licensing & Credentials: Make sure employees and branches have the right licenses, endorsements, and CEUs, and handle any gaps or issues.
- Products & Pesticides: Set compliance requirements for products, track approvals, bans, and restrictions, and ensure SDS and RUP requirements are met.
- Training & Safety: Track training requirements, make sure content and providers meet standards, and oversee safety programs including PPE and incident follow-ups.
- Records & Audits: Keep records organized, run internal audits, and track corrective actions to make sure everything is in order.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Sharp attention to detail and a knack for understanding rules and regulations.
- Great communication skills — able to explain requirements to field teams and leadership.
