Happy to Help Caregiving is looking for reliable, compassionate individuals to join our caregiving team in the Rexburg area. As a caregiver, you will help seniors, veterans, and individuals with disabilities remain safe, comfortable, and supported in their own homes throughout Rexburg and nearby communities.

This is meaningful, hands-on work for someone who wants to build strong relationships, provide dependable support, and make a positive impact every day in the Rexburg community. Our caregivers are trusted members of the care team who bring professionalism, patience, kindness, and respect to every shift.

Depending on each client’s care plan, responsibilities may include:

• Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• Assisting with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene
• Preparing meals and snacks based on dietary needs and client preferences
• Assisting with feeding support when needed
• Performing light housekeeping including laundry, dishes, tidying, and maintaining a safe environment
• Providing medication reminders according to the care plan
• Assisting with mobility, repositioning, and safe transfers using mobility aids when necessary
• Providing transportation for appointments, errands, grocery shopping, or approved outings throughout the Rexburg area
• Offering respite support for family caregivers
• Documenting care activities and communicating changes in client condition or needs to the office
• Supporting each client’s independence, routines, dignity, and personal preferences

Caregivers are expected to arrive on time, follow care plans carefully, maintain professional boundaries, and treat every client and home with respect.

We are seeking caregivers who are compassionate, dependable, professional, and committed to providing high-quality care in the Rexburg area.

Preferred qualifications include:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Kind, patient, trustworthy, and respectful demeanor
• Ability to follow written care plans and verbal instructions
• Comfort assisting with personal care and mobility support
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not required. We value strong character, work ethic, and willingness to learn.

Success in this role requires consistency, accountability, professionalism, and respect for client privacy and independence.
