Pediatric SLPA – starting $24/hour + Sign-On Bonus + Relocation Help | Talk Kids AND Boats With Us in Lake Havasu City

Work Here. Play Here. Stay Here. #HavasuLife

Picture this: a kiddo finally nails a sound they’ve been working on for weeks. You close your laptop, and twenty minutes later you’re on the lake watching the sun sink behind London Bridge. That’s not a daydream. That’s a normal Tuesday at Milemarkers.

We’re looking for a Pediatric SLPA who wants meaningful, hands-on clinical work all day, and a life worth clocking out for. Here you get 300+ days of sunshine, a lake that’s basically your backyard pool, a tight-knit community, and zero traffic-induced rage. Havasu life is real, and it’s spectacular.

Moving here? We’ll help you get here.

• Sign-on bonus, paid in three installments; 90 days, 6 months, 1 year
• Relocation assistance to get you and your stuff to the lake
• A welcome buddy for your first 90 days, plus our insider guide to Havasu (best launch ramps, hiking trails, taco spots, and where locals watch the sunset)

About the Role
At Milemarkers Therapy, our SLPAs are where the magic of communication happens, session by session and word by word. You’ll work alongside supervising SLPs to deliver treatment that helps children find their voices, build language, and connect with the people they love.

We’re not just a clinic, we’re a TRIBE Bring your curiosity, your compassion, and your love of language. There’s a place for you here (and a kayak with your name on it).

Why SLPAs Stay
