Our client is seeking a Vice President of North America Field Sales & Education to lead and elevate its North American field organization. Reporting directly to the President of Global Sales, this executive will be responsible for developing the field strategy, leading a team of Field Sales leaders, and driving retail performance across Sephora and Ulta. The ideal candidate is a strategic yet hands-on leader with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments. This individual will build high-performing teams, strengthen retailer partnerships, and ensure flawless execution of sales and education initiatives that drive brand awareness, sell-through, and long-term growth.

The salary range for this role is $200,000 - $220,000 + 30% bonus annually based on experience.
