This role reports into KitPackers, LLC, an Ellsworth Corporation company located in Germantown, WI and is an on-site/in office role.

This role interacts with internal and external customers to generate unique technical design plans and completes raw material qualifications, validates properties of new products, reformulates and supports current products with the highest complexity and develops new products. You will also provide expert-level technical support and troubleshoot the most complex technical products, new technologies and capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Determines feasibility of the most complex new technologies and capabilities through exploratory work and other new product design
- Teaches and coaches co-workers on successful preparation and testing of exploratory formulas
- Consults with customers on how to meet needs, with particular emphasis on complex processes and products not yet clearly defined
- Identifies, evaluates, and proposes new technologies and capabilities to support business growth
- Maintains knowledge of existing competitor products and technologies

Qualifications
10+ years of professional related work experience
Bachelor’s in Chemistry or related field is required
Master’s Degree in Chemistry or related field is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to use excellent customer service skills to manage difficult or emotional customer situations
- Track record of responding promptly to customer needs while soliciting customer feedback to improve service
- Exceptional technical skills and continuously pursues training and development opportunities
- Observes safety and security procedures to identify and report on potentially unsafe conditions
- Excellent track record of using equipment and materials properly and making improvement suggestions
- History of promoting a continuous learning culture and enthusiastic technical communication
