Secure Restoration is seeking experienced restoration carpentersto join our field operations team. If youre a versatile craftsperson who takes pride in doing high-quality work across framing, drywall, painting, and punch list tasks, this role is for you. Our Carpenters support residential and commercial restoration projects, helping rebuild what was damaged by water, fire, or storms. This is a hands-on, full-time position where no two days are the sameand your work directly impacts our clients recovery and satisfaction.

Key ResponsibilitiesPerform general carpentry work including framing, trim, cabinetry, and finish work
Complete drywall installation and repair, including taping and mudding
Perform interior and exterior painting as needed for project completion
Handle punch list items quickly and professionally to close out jobs
Assist in cleanup, material handling, and site preparation
Follow job scopes and instructions from Project Managers or Lead Carpenters
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Use hand and power tools appropriately and safely
Communicate with clients and teammates to ensure satisfaction and job accuracy
Be flexible and ready to assist wherever needed across restoration job sites
Minimum 5 years of carpentry experience in residential or light commercial settings
Comfortable with a wide variety of tasks: framing, drywall, painting, trim, punch list work
Ability to read and follow basic blueprints or project scopes
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Must have your own tools and reliable transportation
Professionalism, reliability, and pride in your work are essential
No formal education requirementskill and experience are what count
Must be able to lift, carry, climb, and work in varied conditions safely
