Luther Lanard is seeking a Client Relations Associate to be the first point of contact for prospective clients and discuss how our services may be a fit for their needs. Our firm handles transactional and dispute matters for franchisees, and this role will get a chance to speak with clients on both ends of their franchisee lifecycle.

$70,000 - $85,000 yearly

• Conduct initial consultations with prospective franchisee clients, understanding their concerns and determining how we can help
• Make follow-up calls that feel personal, not robotic
• Help manage our potential client pipeline so nothing falls through the cracks
• Conduct new client onboarding and ensure new clients have a smooth experience from day one
• Manage the data and systems that keep the client relations engine running smoothly
• Attend 3-6 conferences a year, assisting with business development

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of experience in sales or client service
