Who We Are Looking For

Act as the first point of contact for John Moran Auctioneers valued customers providing outstanding customer service at all times. Manage phones, general email box, and online bidding platforms responding to client questions / concerns, escalating when necessary. Manage client expectations regarding response times. Provide pre-sale, sale day, and post-sale support by approving bidders on all online platforms, in person and by phone; enter and ensure accuracy of phone and absentee bids; take payments and assist with unpaid bidders, escalating as necessary.
