ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, but are not limited to:

• Follows Safety Guideline and procedures set for this role.
• Does not operate any equipment, machinery, or toll if he/she has not been trained to operate.
• Maintain clean and sanitary manufacturing plant offices while working around their schedules.
• Clean restrooms and breakrooms twice a day and keep clutter and trash off the floors.
• Ensure that restrooms and breakrooms are cleaned twice daily, and that clutter and trash are kept off the floors.
• Cleaning of refrigerators and food storage areas at the plant.
• Clean the interior of buildings including floors, carpet, rugs, windows, and walls
• Disinfect commonly used items like desks, door handles, office tools and phones
• Maintain cleaning inventory, placing orders for new products when needed
• Empty trash and recycling bins
• Cleaning spills, broken glass, and other messes up as quickly as possible
• Performing maintenance activities related to cleaning (e.g. maintaining cleaning machinery)
• Refilling supplies, such as toilet paper and paper towels

Requirements:

• The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and taste or smell. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.

• The employee must frequently bend low and/or reach high, push and/or pull up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• Employee must be able to wear Hard hat/Safety Glasses and all other required Safety apparel.
• Employee must be able to climb ladders, stairs, and work at heights for prolonged periods. Employee must be able to use hand and power tools and move materials weighing up to 100 pounds periodically.
• Employee must have the ability to work near others and in tight spaces occasionally.
• Employee must be able to work in high heat/high cold conditions.
• Employee must be able to work in Low Light/High light conditions.
