Service Concierge Responsibilities:

· Assists service department in greeting customers in a friendly and cordial manner. Direct appropriate Shealy personnel to the customer according to the customer’s needs.

· Answers service phone calls as they come in and directs calls to appropriate individuals

· Scheduling of service customers as needed

· Makes customer satisfaction contacts as directed. Compiles information and distributes accordingly.

· Maintains high customer satisfaction standards.

· Notifies service administrator and shop foreman of incoming work available for scheduling. Log calls.

· Handles all service filing in a timely, systematic, and orderly fashion.

· Compiles service literature, bulletins, recalls, etc. and distributes and files accordingly.

· Maintains written scheduling log daily.

· Hooks up to customers trucks to run diagnostics using the J-Pro Tool

· Assists service in the opening and closing of repair orders as needed

· Assists service administrator in establishing customer's method of payment prior to his leaving. Obtains credit approval, if necessary.

· Obtains customer purchase orders for closed work.

Service Concierge Requirements

· Valid driver’s license

· High School Graduate (GED equivalent)

· Has a great personality along with great customer service skills

· Can work in a fast-paced environment

· Good organization skills

· Detail oriented and flexible

· Fast data input via computer

· Basic knowledge of using computers and Microsoft software

· Dependable, ethical, honest, accountable, trustworthy, must be a team player, and have a positive attitude
