About Prime: Prime owns and manages approximately 21,639 apartments across 56 communities in Washington, Oregon, California, and Reno/Sparks, Nevada. We are an owner-operator: we buy, finance, renovate, and run our own communities, and we hold them for the long term. That ownership model shapes the onsite job. Decisions get made close to the property, the improvements you make are investments in an asset we intend to keep, and the relationships you build with residents are ones we expect to last. It also shapes how we build teams. Prime is committed to a richly diverse and inclusive culture that extends to our teammates and to our residents alike, where all people feel welcomed, all people feel valued, and all people feel they belong. We are builders of community, of careers, and of growth, and we put people first. Our training programs provide real-time job support, skill enhancement, and career-path coaching, because the quality of a community is set by the team on site.

At Prime we value community, open communication, personal accountability, embracing change, dedicated follow-through, and an authentically welcoming culture from our core.
