We are currently looking for a Senior Creative Lead (Digital Content) who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Partnering directly with the Marketing Director, your focus will be on leading our digital-first creative output across paid and organic channels. In this role, you will combine strategic leadership with hands-on creative direction to deliver high-performing, platform-native content that balances brand storytelling with commercial impact.
- Lead and develop a high-performing digital creative team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and performance.
- Own the end-to-end creative strategy for paid social and digital content, ensuring alignment with business objectives and platform best practices.
- Partner closely with Social Advertising and Brand teams to develop and iterate performance-driven creative across key platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube).
- Translate performance data, audience insights, and testing learnings into actionable creative direction and scalable content systems.
- Drive innovation in creative production, leveraging new formats, AI tools, and test-and-learn approaches to improve efficiency and results.
- Proven experience in a senior creative leadership role with a strong track record in performance-driven digital content and paid social.
- Deep understanding of social platform dynamics and how creative drives performance in algorithm-driven environments.
- Experience delivering both brand-led campaigns and high-volume, iterative ad creative.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to link creative decisions to business outcomes and ROI.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate hands-on in a fast-paced environment.
