We're seeking a media-savvy sales professional who can combine consultative selling with strategic marketing expertise. This role requires more than relationship-building - it requires an understanding of how advertising works, staying current on evolving media trends, analyzing client needs, and developing integrated campaigns that deliver measurable business results. What You'll Do• Help businesses develop effective marketing strategies utilizing digital, print, video, social, and targeted advertising solutions.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of clients by analyzing marketing objectives, identifying audience opportunities, and recommending data-driven advertising campaigns that align with business goals.
• Develop a strong understanding of our digital advertising products, audience targeting capabilities, analytics tools, and emerging media solutions to confidently present recommendations and demonstrate value.
• Stay up to date on the latest in advertising trends, media consumption habits, and digital marketing innovations to identify new opportunities for clients.
• Build new business through prospecting, networking, community engagement, and strategic outreach to decision-makers across a variety of industries.
• Review campaign performance metrics with clients, providing insights, optimization recommendations, and ongoing consultation to maximize results and ROI.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and digital teams to develop integrated campaigns that engage audiences and drive measurable outcomes.
What We're Looking For• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business, media studies, or a related field - or 2-5 years of equivalent experience in media sales, digital marketing, advertising, account management, or business development.
• Previous experience selling or working with digital advertising, marketing services, media products, or related business solutions is strongly preferred.
• Understanding of digital marketing concepts - audience targeting, social media advertising, display advertising, video marketing, campaign analytics, SEO/SEM, and other advertising channels.
• Ability to confidently discuss marketing strategy with decision-makers, translating their goals into effective advertising recommendations.
• Strong consultative sales skills, including needs analysis, presentation development, objection handling, and closing business.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills, with the ability to build trust while serving as a trusted advisor.
• A results-oriented mindset with the curiosity to seek out information on evolving media products, advertising technologies, and industry trends.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple accounts, campaigns, and deadlines effectively.
• A valid driver's license and a driving record that meets company requirements.
Expected compensation for this role is between $50,000 and $80,000/year, based on qualifications and experience.
