IS THIS YOU?

• You have fleet, commercial, or B2B sales experience -- you understand how to build accounts, manage long sales cycles, and earn the kind of client trust that generates repeat business across multiple procurement cycles

• You're ready to train alongside an experienced consultant, learn Alaska's fleet and state bid landscape, and take ownership of a real book of business -- not build one from scratch

WHO WE ARE

Swickard Auto Group is a hospitality company that happens to sell and service cars. We believe the best guest experiences start with the best employee experiences. That's why we've grown to 40+ rooftops across the West Coast, Alaska, and Hawaii while maintaining a culture built on one simple idea: do right by people, every time.

Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac of Anchorage serves one of Alaska's most active automotive communities -- and our commercial fleet operation is a significant and growing part of how we serve the businesses, agencies, and organizations that depend on capable, reliable vehicles to get work done. We're bringing on a Fleet Sales Consultant to serve multiple commercial fleet clients across the Alaska market, train alongside our existing commercial vehicle consultant, and build toward ownership of our state bid book of business.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Develop and manage relationships with commercial fleet clients across the Alaska market -- businesses, government agencies, municipalities, and organizations that operate vehicle fleets

• Train alongside our existing commercial vehicle sales consultant -- learning the Alaska fleet landscape, state bid process, and the book of business you'll eventually take ownership of

• Source, quote, and close fleet vehicle orders -- working across Chevrolet, GMC, Buick, and Cadillac commercial platforms to match client needs with the right vehicles

• Navigate state bid processes and government purchasing requirements -- building fluency in Alaska's commercial and public sector procurement environment

• Maintain and grow an active pipeline of fleet accounts -- building long-term relationships that drive repeat volume across multiple procurement cycles

• Coordinate with inventory, finance, and service to ensure fleet orders are fulfilled accurately and fleet clients receive a seamless delivery experience

• Stay current on GM fleet programs, incentives, upfitting options, and commercial vehicle specifications

• Represent Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac of Anchorage and Swickard's hospitality standard in every client interaction

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Automotive or fleet sales experience preferred -- B2B, government sales, or commercial account management backgrounds strongly considered

• State bid or government procurement experience a significant plus -- familiarity with Alaska's public sector purchasing process will accelerate your development

• Relationship-oriented and patient -- fleet sales cycles are longer than retail and the clients who trust you reward that trust with years of repeat business

• Self-directed and organized -- managing multiple fleet accounts simultaneously requires disciplined follow-up and accurate documentation

• Clear, professional communicator -- fleet clients range from small businesses to government agencies, each expecting a consultant who is responsive and reliable

• Comfortable with GM fleet platforms and commercial vehicle specifications -- or eager to develop that knowledge quickly

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

WHAT WE OFFER

• OTE of $50,000 - $150,000+ annually

• Structured training alongside an experienced commercial vehicle consultant -- a real investment in your development before you take ownership of the book

• 401(k) plan

• Medical, dental, and vision insurance

• Life insurance and supplemental coverage options

• Paid time off and paid holidays

• A clear path to fleet account ownership -- including the state bid book of business

• Employee vehicle purchase and service discounts

WHY CHEVROLET BUICK GMC CADILLAC OF ANCHORAGE

• Alaska's fleet clients -- state agencies, municipalities, construction operators, oil and gas companies -- buy heavy, buy repeatedly, and stay with the consultant who takes care of them. The book of business you're inheriting here has real depth and real earning potential

• GM's commercial lineup is genuinely built for Alaska's conditions -- extreme cold, rough terrain, and demanding year-round use make the Silverado, Sierra, and Express the default choice for operators who need vehicles that work. You're not convincing people to buy something they don't need

• A structured path to account ownership -- you're not starting from scratch. You'll train with an experienced consultant and take over a book with established relationships and active procurement cycles

• Swickard is one of the fastest-growing dealer groups in the country -- ranked Top 5 in North America for reputation in the automotive industry

• Our HEART values -- Honor, Engage, Anticipate, Respond, Thank -- apply to every client relationship, commercial or retail

Fleet sales in Alaska is a long game -- and this role puts you in it with a running start. If you have the B2B instincts and the patience to build real client relationships, apply.
