Looking for an exciting opportunity to gain experience, develop new skills, and grow professionally? We're expanding our team in Boise and looking for enthusiastic, people-oriented individuals to join us as Marketing & Promotions Assistants!

No marketing experience? No problem! We provide paid training, hands-on learning, and ongoing coaching to help you build the skills you need to succeed.

This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates, career changers, and motivated individuals who enjoy working with people and want to explore a career in marketing, promotions, brand awareness, and customer engagement.

We're looking for potential, not years of experience. If you're a strong communicator, enjoy a team environment, and are eager to learn, we'd love to meet you!

As a Marketing & Promotions Assistant, you'll support promotional campaigns, engage with customers, and help create positive brand experiences.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand awareness initiatives.
• Engaging with customers and sharing information about products, services, and promotions.
• Supporting in-person promotional events and customer engagement activities.
• Helping create positive, memorable interactions with potential customers.
• Building professional relationships through effective communication.
• Collaborating with team members to execute marketing initiatives and achieve campaign goals.
• Gathering customer feedback and sharing insights with the team.
• Participating in paid training sessions, team meetings, and professional development activities.

We're interested in individuals who bring enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Ideal candidates are:

• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with new people.
• Strong communicators with good interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, motivated, and eager to develop professionally.
• Team-oriented and open to feedback.
• Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Interested in marketing, promotions, sales, public relations, or customer engagement.

No previous marketing experience or specialized degree is required. Candidates with backgrounds in retail, hospitality, customer service, food service, volunteering, or student organizations are encouraged to apply.

• Paid training: Learn practical marketing and promotional skills with hands-on guidance.
• Entry-level access: Start your career without previous industry experience.
• Professional development: Strengthen your communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Growth opportunities: Develop your abilities and pursue additional responsibilities as opportunities become available.
• Collaborative team environment: Work with colleagues who value teamwork and continuous learning.
• Transferable skills: Build experience that can support your long-term career goals.
• Practical exposure: Gain experience supporting promotional campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.

This opportunity may be a great fit for:

• Recent graduates looking to begin a professional career.
• First-time job seekers ready to gain hands-on experience.
• Career changers interested in marketing and promotions.
• Retail and hospitality professionals looking to expand their skill sets.
• Outgoing individuals who enjoy communication, teamwork, and meeting new people.

You don't need to have everything figured out on day one. We're looking for people who are willing to learn, take initiative, and contribute to a positive team environment.
