Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.

- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.

- Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation to ensure easy access and retrieval.

- Assist in the planning and execution of company events and meetings.

- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support the executive team.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant or in a similar role.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
