Full-Time Dental Receptionist
Locations: Rexburg & St. Anthony Dental Clinics

Grand Peaks Dental Clinic is looking for a dependable Full-Time Dental Receptionist to join our team. This position works in both our Rexburg or St. Anthony locations depending on scheduling needs, with a schedule of four 10-hour shifts per week. Full-time employees are eligible for health benefits, a 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off. This role provides the opportunity to work in a professional, team-oriented environment while supporting patients and helping the clinics run smoothly. Wage is DOE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients and provide excellent customer service
  
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient flow
  
• Verify patient information and assist with check-in/check-out
  
• Handle basic insurance and billing questions
  
• Keep the front desk organized and communicate effectively with staff

• Previous dental or medical office experience preferred
  
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
  
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
  
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required
