SCHEDULER in Bolivar, Missouri at Citizens Memorial

Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is hiring a Scheduler to join our Urology Surgical Clinic in Bolivar, Missouri — someone who leads with skill, compassion, and a drive to positively impact every patient and family we serve.

Position Details

• Status: Full Time

• Work Shift: Days

• Hours: 8:00a.m -4:30p.m

What Your Day Looks Like: At CMH Urology Surgical Clinic, we treat a variety of urological illnesses, injuries and ailments. Our board certified physician and trained staff offer:

• Diagnostic procedures

• Kidney repairs

• Bladder reconstructions

• Kidney stone removals

• Surgeries for genital or urinary cancers

As a Scheduler, you will be:

• Ensuring the payers are prepared to reimburse CMH for scheduled services in accordance with the payer-provider contract.

• Contacting payers to secure authorization

• Working with the Specialty clinic team to ensure surgical schedules are filled, and patients are scheduled timely with all authorizations in place for coverage of the surgery.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Experience: 1 year of customer service/scheduling

Skills: Organization, able to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking

Licensure/Certification: N/A

Physical Requirements: Ability to work at a computer 90% of the day and stand for the remaining 10%
