• Strong residential HVAC service and diagnostic experience.
• Solid knowledge of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, refrigerant, and electrical systems.
• Ability to recognize legitimate repair versus replacement opportunities.
• Confidence communicating with homeowners and explaining recommendations.
• A competitive, goal-driven mindset with a desire to earn more.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Someone who takes initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do.

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
