Finance Manager - Mercedes Benz of Midlothian in Midlothian, Virginia at Murgado Automotive Group

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive finance and a proven track record of success. As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our dealership, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing exceptional service to our customers.

Manage and oversee the finance department, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions and lenders.

Assist customers with financing options and ensure a smooth and efficient financing process.

Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to automotive finance.

Train and mentor finance team members to achieve departmental goals.

Collaborate with sales and service departments to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive finance management.

High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in finance or related field is preferred.

Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to manage and lead a team.

Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.

High level of integrity and professionalism.
