Senior Client Success Consultant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Client Success Consultant based in India.

This role sits at the intersection of client strategy, analytics, and operational excellence, supporting high-value enterprise accounts across North American markets. You will act as a key partner in the client lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution, strong account health, and smooth coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders.
The position combines analytical depth with commercial awareness, requiring strong fluency in digital analytics platforms and client-facing documentation processes.
You will be responsible for managing critical account operations, supporting renewals, and ensuring that client deliverables are executed with precision and clarity.
The environment is fast-paced, global, and highly collaborative, involving close interaction with senior managers and cross-functional delivery teams.
You will also serve as a strategic bridge, translating business needs into actionable workflows and ensuring alignment across multiple stakeholders.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and manage a dedicated portfolio of client accounts, ensuring strong relationship health and smooth lifecycle management
  • Act as a key operational and strategic support partner to senior managers across North American client portfolios
  • Conduct and support live demonstrations using tools such as Google Analytics and Amplitude, translating data into clear insights
  • Manage client documentation including SOWs, MSAs, NDAs, and change orders with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Navigate and optimize daily use of enterprise tools such as Salesforce, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and SharePoint
  • Ensure seamless execution of client renewals, contract workflows, and administrative processes
  • Serve as a communication bridge between internal delivery teams and clients, ensuring alignment and clarity on requirements
  • Identify process gaps and contribute to continuous improvement of account management workflows
  • Support reporting, tracking, and documentation activities to maintain high operational efficiency
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in client success, account management, project coordination, or similar client-facing roles
  • Proficiency in digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics and/or Amplitude (or strong willingness to quickly gain expertise)
  • Excellent understanding of commercial and legal documentation including SOWs, MSAs, NDAs, and contract change management
  • Strong technical aptitude with experience using enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Google Drive, and similar tools
  • Highly analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong stakeholder management capabilities
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
  • Background in project management or operational coordination is highly advantageous
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment
