  • Manage grant-funded initiatives, program outcomes, reporting, and quality improvement efforts
  • Support implementation of evidence-based practices and continuous program development

Community Partnerships

  • Collaborate with courts, schools, healthcare providers, law enforcement, Children's Services, and other community partners to improve client outcomes
  • Represent Appleseed on community coalitions, committees, and outreach initiatives
  • Support community education, prevention efforts, and recovery-focused programming

Staff & Program Development

  • Lead Co-Occurring team meetings and promote a collaborative team culture
  • Identify service gaps and implement improvements to strengthen program effectiveness
  • Support ongoing staff education and the delivery of trauma-informed, person-centered care

  • Experience working with individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Knowledge of Medicaid, clinical documentation, and behavioral health regulations
  • Experience with quality improvement and program development
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting staff success
